Virginia Gresham has 35 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry. She has served in Claims, Subrogation and Customer Service Call Center Management. Virginia obtained her CPCU in 2016 and AIC in 2019. Currently Virginia is the Manager of Consumer Services (Call Center) for Citizens Property Insurance.

Robert Buckley
Bob had a 35+ year career with a national commercial insurer, holding leadership positions in sales, underwriting, product management, operations and corporate administration. He served on the boards of the Central Massachusetts and Northern Wisconsin CPCU chapters and taught CPCU classes through the Worcester County Insurance Institute, where he served as president of the board of directors. A big fan of professional development, Bob holds the CPCU, CIC, ARM, ARe, AAI, and ASLI designations. He serves on the advisory board of the McNeil Academy of Risk Management & Insurance at his alma mater, Le Moyne College.

Justin has 20+ years of experience in project management, including 6 years in the insurance industry. He holds a Master’s degree in project management from the University of Maryland. He earned his CPCU in 2022 and is currently a Senior Project Portfolio Manager at Citizens Property Insurance.
